Keyholding & Alarm Response

Keyholding means we hold a secure copy of your premises keys and take responsibility for attending your site whenever an alarm is triggered out of hours, so you or your staff never have to attend an activation in person.
Our control team dispatches the nearest response officer as soon as an alarm activates, in line with the ACPO guideline that a keyholder should attend within 20 minutes of notification.
Yes. Every keyholding and alarm response officer is SIA licensed, fully vetted, and trained to carry out perimeter checks, access point inspections and incident reporting to a consistent standard.
